Drive the overall technical strategy, execution, and delivery of products. Qualifications/Requirements 10+ years of experience in full-stack web development and AI/ML engineering. Proven track record of building and leading engineering teams, specifically within the startup space. Wealth of experience building RAG models. Extensive experience integrating AI/ML services via APIs - OpenAI, Anthropic, etc. Deep understanding of large language model APIs, prompt engineering, and LLM workflow design. Experience with modern web stacks and frameworks (React, Node, or similar) and API development. Strong system design and architecture skills.
