_Who we are_ Huzzara is a video editing service that helps busy marketers and business owners produce more video so they can do the things that grow their business. We need your help to keep getting in front of new and exciting customers. _Job Overview_ Your role within Huzzara is to build and maintain two lists, one for podcast guests and one for sales prospects. You are responsible for weekly quotas including how many potential podcast guests and sales prospects you add to each list, and how many people you’re able to connect with. Your role helps us do more outreach to book podcast guests, create sales opportunities, and grow Huzzara. _Responsibilities and Duties_ There are three areas where we need your help: Build a podcast guest outreach list Build a sales outreach list Conduct outreach and set appointments _20 Hours Per Week_ To start with, we'd like to cap your work at 20 hours per week. We can discuss adding hours after the first month. _Finding podcast guests_ Build and maintain a list of potential podcast guests. We will provide a detailed description of who we like to have on the show. You are responsible to add 25 new podcast guests to the list each week _Building a sales outreach list_ Build and maintain a list of sales prospects. We will provide detailed guidance on who you should look for and who you should avoid, including a list of websites and resources where we’ve found good prospects in the past. You are responsible to add 75 new sales prospects to the list each week You are also responsible for validating the email addresses you find and record. We will provide access to tools to allow you to do this Note: We don’t expect that every email address you find will be valid, but would like to see a high percentage of email addresses you collect be validated _Conducting outreach_ Build and maintain a list of sales prospects. We will provide detailed guidance on who you should look for and who you should avoid, including a list of websites and resources where we’ve found good prospects in the past. You are responsible to send at least 25 podcast guest invitations each week You are responsible for sending at least 75 sales outreach emails each week. _Requirements_ Education level: No minimum or specific education required. Experience: Proven experience as a lead generation and outreach specialist. Specific skills: You speak conversational English well. You communicate clearly with potential podcast guests and customers You have the ability to communicate clearly in written formats (email, chat) and verbally (phone calls, Zoom meetings). You are proficient with GSuite; experience working with Clickup ( clickup.com ) is a plus, but not required. You have knowledge of how to search on Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and other potential lead sources You have worked with tools similar to Calendly (scheduling software) and lemlist (email outreach software). _Personal characteristics_ You have a high level of attention to detail, including spelling and email accuracy.
