Brief The Company is looking for an experienced freelance Sales Executive to generate sales on commission basis only in the fields of education, recruitment, project management services and the language market and have experience working with multinational companies in different industries. The selected candidate will collaborate with various professionals, so it’s essential that you have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Set up meetings with potential clients and ensure follow up calls Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data Negotiate/close deals Collaborate with other team members to achieve better results Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Coordinate all efforts to meet targets Embrace the daily/weekly and monthly targets as established by the Company Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new services/products Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales Ensure proper updating and recording on the Company’s CRM system Collaborate with other senior representatives of the Company Attend to adhoc and/or planned meetings as requested Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sales Executive Experience working with multinational companies Experience in closing high value deals with clients Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel In-depth understanding of the sales and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Excellent interpersonal skills Strong analytical and organizational skills Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude Proficiency in the English Language is a must (minimum C2 level is required) BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
