Project overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer with proven hands-on implementation experience in SAM, HAM, and related ITSM workflows. This position is not an entry-level configuration role. We require demonstrated technical depth and practical delivery experience. The initial step in our evaluation process is reviewing your anonymized portfolio of prior ServiceNow work. 1. Required Portfolio Content To be considered, candidates must provide an anonymized portfolio that showcases real ServiceNow implementation work reflecting the following capabilities: - ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) implementation or optimization - Hardware Asset Management (HAM) lifecycle process automation - Microsoft licenses entitlement reconciliation and usage-based optimization - Discovery and CMDB alignment with SCCM, Intune, Azure AD, or similar sources - Workflow automation, catalog requests, and approval flows - Data normalization, reconciliation logic, and exception handling - Use of automation, scripting, or orchestration beyond basic configuration We are specifically looking for work that demonstrates competence beyond wizard-driven setup. The portfolio should clearly describe: - the business or technical problem solved - the solution design and configuration decisions - the workflows or automations implemented - value delivered (efficiency, license savings, lifecycle improvements, etc.) All work must be anonymized to remove confidential references. 2. Candidate Requirements - ServiceNow implementation experience for enterprise environments - Hands-on delivery of SAM or HAM processes (Microsoft experience strongly preferred) - Strong workflow automation skills in ServiceNow - Ability to document and communicate technical reasoning clearly - Ability to work independently and meet defined milestones 3.
