We are seeking for an expert Middle Manager - PERFORMANCE COACH to coach and lead our team members so that our employees can perform beyond the expectations. Applicant must have experience in legal / admin / finance. Following are the responsibilities that applicants must be capable to perform: → Work in the creation of operational and strategic high-performance strategies to meet and exceed the expected criteria. → Develop programs for talent development for continuous growth. → Provide the entire department with a focus on continuously adding business values. → Research training requirements and training topics in collaboration with the management by setting targets. → Encourage and motivate a culture of learning and a philosophy of constant improvement. → Discover fresh angles and opportunities by outlining the ideal mentality and behaviour. → Analyze the skill gaps and plan the necessary trainings to improve performance. → Lead the team members as per scrum methodology. → Check that overall performance meet organizational standards, policies and procedures. → Support and promote cooperation and teamwork among the scrum teams. → Create, deliver, and track personal performance plans using various parameters to polish the individual and perform beyond the level with the collaboration of the organizational goals.
