The Senior Copywriter fuels the company's next stage of growth. This role is accountable for crafting compelling content that attracts, engages, and converts audiences. The Senior Copywriter is in charge of conveying the company's key messages, in cPanel's voice, across a variety of content types and channels to support product launches, lead generation, campaigns, sales enablement, and other marketing initiatives. Essential Functions: Responsible for the development of creative concept and big ideas with designers Collaborates with the Marketing team from planning through strategy to strengthen the brand through strong creative copy that builds understanding and drives results Researches, develops, and produces content for multiple mediums, including social and digital, and keeps up to date with current culture, trends, and successful creative ideas Develops and writes various types of marketing content, website content, including blog posts, email newsletters, landing pages, e-books, white papers, and any additional ad-hoc copy requests Follow-through to ensure that creative work is produced as well as it is conceived Supports cPanel to define and solve the most complex communications problems and ensures that there is cohesion among all department teams' messaging Continuously involved with the maintenance and ongoing improvement of departmental systems and processes Ensures that content is tailored to target audience segments and funnel stages Partners closely with cross-functional teams to produce content that supports the company's marketing goals and reviews, edits, and improves content written by other departments and partners Adheres to the policies and procedures of the company Exemplifies cPanel's Core Values of Integrity, Respect, Collaboration, and Follow-through Ad-hoc Duties: Conducts competitive research and analysis for specific projects related to content and provides related reporting Eligibility Requirements: 4+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience (portfolio required) Experience working for a software company/client a huge plus Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree
