Hello, I’m looking to develop separate but inter-operable Modules for the retail industry, Where each separately developed module can work independently or with each other holistically, As well as being able to be integrated alongside existing recognised retail software eg. JDA, Relex etc. It is vitally important that the Whoever does the job is able to document all development to the point where an in-house software team would be able to Seamlessly take over maintenance and / or Further development of any modules Developed. They would also need to confirm in writing that all the work done is Work For Hire, where all rights of what is developed Assigned over to me Automatically as the Development progresses, Plus they need to confirm in writing agreement to nondisclosure of anything to do with these projects to third parties.
