About the Role Working as a ServiceNow Engineering Lead, you will: Lead and mentor the development team, supporting knowledge growth and prioritizing work. Design the overall platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with best practices. Define and enforce coding and configuration standards across the team. Conduct design and code reviews to maintain high technical quality. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and process owners. Ensure delivered solutions meet functional, security, and performance requirements. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in ServiceNow solution design, development, and implementation. Hands-on involvement in full project lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance. Strong knowledge of at least two ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM). Experience in mapping business processes and translating them into ServiceNow solutions. Ability to define and refine user stories and acceptance criteria. Experience in facilitating or participating in stakeholder workshops. Practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies. Proficiency in configuration and customization of forms, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and script includes. Hands-on experience with workflows and automation (Flow Designer, Workflow). Knowledge of integrations with REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth/Basic Authentication. Experience in Service Catalog design, Record Producers, and Request Workflows. Familiarity with quality assurance practices including ATF, code reviews, and documentation. Excellent programming skills in JavaScript (server-side and client-side). English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
