About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Senior RPA Developer to join our team and help us build high-quality automation solutions for our U.S.-based clients. You will be part of the core team that has a direct impact on how the company operates. Our projects involve working on diverse, end-to-end automation projects for U.S.-based clients across industries like healthcare, logistics, and finance. We mostly use UiPath, but often combine it with Python, .NET, APIs, AI/LLMs, and whatever else gets the job done. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality automations using UiPath Meet with clients to gather requirements and present solutions Create clear and well-structured technical documentation Take ownership of your projects or collaborate in small, expert teams Work mostly with U.S. clients during regular working hours Qualifications/Requirements 3+ years of experience in RPA development, preferably with UiPath Experience integrating with APIs and working with technical documentation Familiarity with Git and task tracking tools (e.g. ClickUp, Jira, Trello) A strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and structure Excellent communication skills - both technical and non-technical Bonus if you also have: Python scripting skills Cloud experience (VMs, authentication, cloud functions) Familiarity with OCR/Document Understanding tools (UiPath DU/IDP, ABBYY, AWS Textract) Experience working with C#/VB.NET or SQL A technical or scientific degree or broader programming experience beyond RPA Benefits No corporate bull***t Quality over quantity, bottom-up approach unlike most companies Real autonomy and trust from day one Clear, personalized growth paths (technical or leadership) Stable B2B setup with full-time workload Regular mentoring, code reviews, and support from senior experts Work where and when you want - real flexibility, no catch International projects with U.S. clients (normal working hours) Zero bureaucracy, real impact, and a say in how things are done Fun team culture - we take our work seriously, but not ourselves
