About the Role Capio Group is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to provide Enterprise Architecture (EA) services. This role involves strategic operation and industry expertise, focusing on governance, enterprise architecture strategy, business process design, and reengineering. The Senior Enterprise Architect will support various project and initiative objectives, including: Key Responsibilities Strategic Alignment: Establish connections with existing roadmaps to align project objectives with broader strategic goals. Facilitate, create, and maintain project-specific deliverables, such as plans and roadmaps. Identify and plan for new enterprise or shared services required for project needs. Strategic Support: Guide the projects strategic vision and ensure alignment with business strategy and planned solutions. Collaborate with product discovery teams and stakeholders to identify business process improvements. Evaluate integration of products and assess technologies for project goals. Foster strong relationships with internal business programs and product managers. Utilize project management and modeling tools for effective communication and development of architecture artifacts. Contribute to governance processes and development of enterprise architecture framework and standards. Architecture Assurance: Conduct evaluations of proposed solution architecture and document findings. Ensure project architecture aligns with compliance requirements and established standards. Qualifications/Requirements Mandatory Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, with at least five (5) years in a lead capacity. Bachelor’s degree in IT-related or Engineering field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of six (6) years of experience developing enterprise architecture components. Experience communicating project technologies requiring governance approvals. Seven (7) years of experience implementing end-to-end solutions with enterprise architecture standards. Ability to provide client references for applicable projects. Desirable Experience: Experience with Agile methodologies, strategic direction development, and Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA).
