As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and analytical Data Analyst to join our team and help transform data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Gather, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources. Design and implement ETL pipelines to support data migration and transformation processes. Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports to support business decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business teams, to understand data needs. Identify trends, patterns, and insights through quantitative analysis. Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous validation and testing. Assist in automating recurring reporting tasks and data flows. Support ad-hoc data analysis and troubleshooting as needed. Qualifications/Requirements 4-6 years of hands-on experience in data analysis and ETL processes. Strong proficiency in SQL and ability to write complex queries. Solid understanding of data structures, databases, and data modeling. Experience working with data platforms and ETL tools (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, SSIS etc.). Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI , Tableau, or similar. Familiarity with Python, R, or other scripting languages for data manipulation is a plus. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
