About the Role Are you ready for a high-impact role as a Senior Consultant passionate about delivering transformative Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions? We are looking for a Senior Consultant with presales and delivery experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to join our team. The ideal candidate should bring hands-on expertise in modules such as Field Service, Project Operations, and Customer Service, while also being capable across other modules like Sales, Marketing, and Customer Insights. In addition to solution implementation, this role will play a key part in the presales process collaborating with sales teams, supporting RFPs, creating solution demos, and engaging with clients early in the sales cycle to shape winning strategies. You will design and present tailored CRM solutions that align with customer needs and business goals, while also ensuring technical feasibility and value delivery. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across various modules. Manage integrations between legacy systems and cloud-based solutions. Conduct pre-sales research, requirement gathering, and solution estimation. Work on multiple projects, offering functional knowledge across CRM modules. Provide technical recommendations and problem-solving solutions for complex business challenges. Support proposal creation by researching and analysing client requirements. Ensure seamless CRM functionality while maintaining best practices in solution development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and CRM efficiency. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations. Hands-on expertise in Field Service, Project Operations, and Customer Service modules. Strong knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Insights modules. Experience in CRM integrations with on-premise and cloud-based systems. Familiarity with API integrations, Power Platform, and Azure services is a plus. Ability to solutionize and estimate project timelines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an R&D (research & development) mindset. Ability to work independently on multiple projects and adapt to new technologies. Arabic language proficiency is a strong plus, but not mandatory. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on multi-module CRM projects. Understanding of Microsoft’s CRM ecosystem and architecture. Knowledge of technical integrations, legacy systems, and cloud-based deployments.
