Project overview
This is a full-time position (at least 40 hours per week) for a senior level developer (5+ years experience) with a budget of $10/hour. There is a requirement to work for at least 6 hours of the 8 hour day between 7am and 5pm Mountain Daylight Time. This position will interface with our clients to perform the following: * Troubleshoot and fix production data issues * Upload data into database as part of data transfer for software implementation * Understand the data that business intelligence users need * Develop data models using T-SQL to generate the needed data * Write reports using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) * Build data models, visuals, reports, and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI Needed Skills: * Independent thinker, creative problem solver, eye for detail, organized * Strong understanding of star schema and Kimball methodology * SQL Server, T-SQL, Microsoft SSRS, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel * Ability to communicate complex technical details to a non-technical audience; ability to foster credibility with a technical audience About the company: Aluvii is a software development company that has delivered a fundamentally new approach to managing business in the amusement and leisure markets including amusement parks, water parks, trampoline parks, family entertainment centers, zoos, aquariums, museums, ski areas, restaurants, and others.
