About the Role As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will design, develop, and deploy marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools. You will work closely with marketing and technical stakeholders to ensure robust technical solutions that align with business requirements. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and related tools. Build and optimize dynamic, personalized email templates using AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and SQL. Create and manage data extensions, audience segmentation, and automation logic to support multi-channel marketing campaigns. Collaborate with marketing and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Ensure data integrity, compliance, and best practices across all marketing operations. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers or team members as needed. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) and maintain clear, consistent communication in English, both written and verbal.
