About the Role As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce applications. You will work with various Salesforce technologies to create effective solutions that meet business requirements. Your role will involve integrating Salesforce with external systems and ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services. Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and implement effective solutions. Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce configurations, workflows, and automation. Conduct thorough testing and ensure high performance, security, and scalability of Salesforce solutions. Provide technical documentation and user support when needed. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. Familiarity with Salesforce Admin tasks (e.g., creating reports, dashboards, and workflows). Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party apps. Salesforce Developer Certification is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
