About the Role We are a fast-growing Series A startup building cutting-edge technology to revolutionize cloud development processes and support highly efficient dev&test feedback loops. Our mission is to empower developers to rapidly build and test their cloud applications, allowing for a more enjoyable dev experience, and saving valuable time and resources. This role is ideal for someone with 6+ years of experience in a revenue operations or growth operations role, a strong background in API design and development, and expertise in data analytics, who can own and scale RevOps by architecting a GTM engine that supports both product velocity and sales growth, turning user signals into revenue. Key Responsibilities Lead data cleanliness and governance efforts across the CRM and related systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency Automate pipeline hygiene, lead scoring, data enrichment, and follow-up cadences to improve efficiency and conversion rates Build, maintain, and iterate marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, segmentation, and triggers that drive conversions throughout the lifecycle (free → PQL → AE → CSM) Develop scalable GTM reporting and dashboards in collaboration with the Data team Maintain data integrity across systems to enable accurate forecasting, ARR tracking, quote-to-cash workflows, and executive reporting in partnership with Finance Maintain accurate ARR, attribution, pipeline, and territory models in collaboration with Finance and GTM leadership Own and evolve territory carving models across Sales and Customer Success to optimize coverage and performance Act as the operational link between RevOps and Sales, Marketing, Product, CS, and Finance leadership Qualifications/Requirements Experience leading RevOps or Marketing Ops in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment Expert knowledge of modern GTM stack (HubSpot or Salesforce, sales engagement, enrichment, Apollo or Amplemarket, etc) Strong hands-on marketing automation background, including lead scoring, campaign automation, and tool integrations Experience working with data teams on SQL queries, data modeling, and dashboarding Experience translating GTM strategy into models, workflows, and dashboards Experience in customizing tools based on new needs and opportunities (no-code / low-code) including automation of processes Proven ability to implement workflows and tools that increase GTM efficiency and revenue conversion Experience in a fast-paced environment where ownership and proactivity are key Benefits Fully remote Competitive salary Annual company retreat 2 extra company-wide holidays Friendly and inclusive workplace culture (community guilds and online company events)
