Assess student learning styles and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Create and provide customized lesson plans and learning materials. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and development. Utilize online tools and technology to enhance the tutoring experience and facilitate learning. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational trends and strategies. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. Prior experience in tutoring or teaching in a primary or secondary educational setting. Strong understanding of subject matter for the grades you will teach. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms. Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
