eDynamic Learning is an educational resource company that develops digital curricula for career and elective courses for middle and high-school students (think publisher of online courses). We plan to participate in school district RFP/RFQ/RFIs and states’ department of education approval processes to broaden our reach. We’re searching for one or more Proposal Writer(s) who will own the lifecycle of RFIs, RFPs, state approvals, and state adoptions and the response efforts. Driving the creation of responses by working with internal and external stakeholders, the Proposal Writer will write proposals and fill out forms that comply with the requesting organization’s specifications. The ideal candidates - • Experienced, successful proposal writer preferably in the education industry • Excellent communicator with impeccable written English, and editor who can ensure proposals are compliant, clear, and error-free • Project manager who is a master scheduler and can oversee all the moving parts • Collaborator who can work cross-functionally with different individuals to obtain information • Self-starter who takes initiative to find answers • Deadline-driven individual • Previous teaching experience an asset • Know MS Office and Adobe We like to develop rewarding long-term partnerships. Preference will be given to candidates who have previous proposal writing and RFP oversight experience, and possibly teaching and/or educational administration experience.
