We are currently seeking a seasoned wordpress developer for a freelance job to add some finishing touches on a project website theme and do some minor bug fixes. We have additional work to do on this theme over time, including streamlining and consolidation for functions, page templates and CSS, but need a few things finalized within the next week for beta launch. Pay is negotiable depending on time needed and experience. Permalinks: 1) Make 2 custom post types share the same URL prefix using mySQL queries so the correct post is fetched and also ensure that archive pages will have no conflicts with this.
2) Make featured images and custom field images and documents have a custom permalink structure related to the custom post type post they are associated with instead of the uploads folder. i.e. /post-type/post-title/file-name/ Admin: 1) On custom post type admin pages, custom columns need to be fixed to properly sort. 2) Certain columns sort needs to be reverse of the default (specifically for columns that get_post_meta for checkboxes created with WordPress Fieldmanager) 3) Two additional custom, sortable columns need to be added to 1 custom post type 4) Custom metaboxes created with WordPress Fieldmanager need to appear ABOVE the WYSIWYG editor for both custom post types. Theme/Function fix: 1) Comment section in single-works.php template needs to be fixed. After relocating it on the page it posts to the incorrect post ID. May need to also make changes to functions.php and comments.php Optional (budget depending): 1) In Safari, H1 page headings appear lower than in Firefox. 2) Look over the template code and ensure it is not sesceptible to malicious attacks/injections.
