This is an exciting time to join a leading Award-winning International Call center business who are looking to grow their internal Analytics Team. The Analyst will be the Go-To person for all Power BI analytics and development projects. Job Type : Permanent Hours: 25 hours per week Rate: Negotiable/depending on experience Roles And Responsibilities: You are the expert when it comes to getting the most out of the Power BI, including Power Apps You enjoy translating business needs into technical and non-technical requirements. You're passionate about creating beautiful reporting, including mapping out complex data structures, and writing DAX measures. You're organized and detail oriented. You can spot risks and dependencies ahead of time Working in a fast-paced Team to deliver high quality reports. Look at building robust dashboards and work with a high level of data Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights. Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI. Design, build and maintain analytical solutions (dashboards) using a range of tools. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor those. Analyzing data and presenting data through reports that aid decision-making. Convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide the timeline to accomplish. Ability to perform API integrations. Work with users and team members at all levels for performance improvement and suggestions. Document process, models, designs, and solutions and able to explain, represent. Required Skills: Minimum 3 years working with BI tools and any data-specific roles. Analytical skills and a solid track record developing data integration solutions. Hard skills include strong knowledge and experience with: Power BI Analyst (A GURU) Microsoft SQL. Data manipulation, data integration design and building dashboards and development including APIs. Microsoft Power Apps, MS Power Automate. Azure DevOps MS Logic App MS Flow Office 365 SharePoint online Experience working alongside developers. Nice to haves but not essential: Business analysis Awareness of AI and AI products.
