Hi, I am looking for a strong php developer who has some experience with the Telerik controls, specifically the spreadsheet and form controls. We wish to create a piece of software which will have the broad following feature set. User registration and management with 2FA Ability for admin level users to create forms, which can be viewed either as a form or spreadsheet using the Telerik controls. Ability for admin user to specify which users can see which forms. Ability to set a PHP script including ability to run sql and make API calls to external APIs and return results from the script as a form level validator (on form save run script return messages as defined by the script). And the same for a field level validator. Ability to save scripts to a library and reuse them on other forms Ability to import from and export to Excel. Ability for spreadsheet view and form view to have "standard" controls - date picker, combo, checkbox, default values, mandatory, image and pdf (upload from local drive, save to server and reference in field) and for scripts to pre-populate fields on form open or new record. Ability for field visibility and validation to be dynamic based on values of other fields on form / spreadsheet. This is obviously a very basic list of requirements to give you an idea of what we are working on however we would work with you to define the full specification as part of the project. Only serious experienced developers please.
