RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and coordinate the CEO's diary, arranging meetings and coordinating attendees
Arranging UK based and international travel
Organise the CEO's expenses
Day to day office management
Handling any facilities issues within the office
Taking minutes at board meetings
Collating paperwork and ensuring all relevant administration is processed compliantly and accurately
Liaising with colleagues and clients
Handle incoming calls, forwarding these to the appropriate colleague or team
Handle emails and enquiries
