About the Role We are seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Data Conversion (SSIS & SQL) Specialist to work 100% remotely, for our Western Canadian based client. TERM: ASAP START, until end of Nov 2025, with strong likelihood of extension. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the successful migration of legacy organization and employee data to Oracle Cloud HCM platform. Participate in the technical stream meetings, during strategy and design to develop a full understanding of the conversion path. Develop and execute data conversion activities, including support for Mainframe and other system data extractions and transformation activities for cloud applications such as Oracle Cloud HCM and UKG Workforce Pro. Conduct data mapping and documentation of processes. Identify and develop test and pre-validation strategy for new builds and continuous improvement initiatives. Triage defect review with stakeholders and drive to resolution. Contribute innovation and insight to team about conversion methods and recommended practices. Qualifications/Requirements Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM solution , with specific experience converting data into Oracle HCM Cloud platform. Solid knowledge and experience with development tools such as SSIS, SourceTree and related technologies. Excellent problem-solving and communications skills. Solid numerical skills, excellent Excel proficiency. Knowledge of querying languages such as SQL.
