Project overview

This position manages the operations of website sales (from customer orders through shipment), customer service, and the implementation of sales & marketing strategies. Job Duties Management of online sales Operations. Implement and enforce processes that enable the team to scale and work efficiently. Oversee back-end operation of website sale systems Work with web designers for website flow/design (product additions, descriptions, pricing updates), Work with accounting to maintain credit card authorization platforms, banking relations, and sales tax reporting Work with purchasing manager to maintain adequate inventory levels Track customer orders, pick and ship orders Oversee and problem solve any customer concerns with sales, customer webpage accounts * Develop, manage, and drive traffic and revenue to our sales site, includes campaign strategy, tracking website analytics, analysis of data, and execution of strategies. Advertising/Marketing/Communications development and implementation. Management of Customer Service, tracking customer complaints and implementing CAPA plans Develop a vision and long term account strategy for profitable growth consistent with the long range plans and strategy of the company. Develop detailed insights of company and category performance. Generate weekly, monthly and annual sales reports and insights from the analysis. Lead collaboration and review meetings with forecasting and logistics teams to ensure accuracy of forecasts and the achievement of fill rates to required levels. Prepare annual sales/marketing budgets. Develop collaborative monthly sales forecasts with the Account for review with management. Team Work - Foster and develop good working relationships with work colleagues. Avoid the creation of silos and negative, non-team-orientated work habits. Identify new business opportunities and work with marketing to capture these opportunities. Alert management to competitive and market intelligence that could assist in the development of winning business strategies. Ensure that the brand is used according to the approved brand style guide. This is not an exhaustive list, and other duties may be assigned as needed. Skills 3+ years of Experience managing a small or medium-sized online/internet fulfillment company Understanding of eCommerce sales platforms, back-end account portals for customers, and customer service experience is preferred 3+ years of eCommerce sales experience Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to make informed decisions and develop online sales, advertising and marketing strategies. Logical and analytical. Intuitive about people. A strategic thinker with intense curiosity. Strong analytical and strategic planning skills – ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts and draw valid conclusions based upon information furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
