About the Role We’re on the hunt for an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge business needs with technical execution. This hybrid role combines functional consulting expertise with backend and frontend development capabilities. You’ll lead end-to-end Odoo implementations for international clients, configuring standard modules like Accounting, Sales, Inventory, and POS — while building custom features using Python, XML, and JavaScript. Key Responsibilities Functional Consulting: Gather and document business requirements across departments Configure and deploy Odoo standard modules: Accounting: Chart of Accounts, Journals, Taxes, Assets, Reconciliation Sales & Purchase: RFQs, Sales Orders, Vendor Flow, Approval Chains Inventory: Stock Rules, Valuation Methods, Lot Tracking POS: Multi-store Setup, Payment Gateways, Promotions, Receipts Conduct user training and provide functional support Create detailed user manuals and workflow documentation Development: Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python and XML Enhance frontend features using JavaScript Build custom fields, models, reports (QWeb), and business workflows Integrate third-party APIs like payment gateways and external platforms Handle deployments using Git and Odoo.sh or other hosting environments Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or related field 3+ years experience with Odoo as both a Functional Consultant and Developer Strong knowledge of accounting principles and business processes Fluent in Python, XML, and QWeb; familiar with JavaScript Experience with Odoo v14 or newer (Enterprise preferred) Comfortable working with Git and Linux server environments Self-motivated with strong communication and problem-solving skills What Will Set You Apart Odoo Certification (Functional or Technical) Experience with VAT, e-invoicing, and fiscal localization Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Odoo ORM Hands-on work with both Community and Enterprise editions Benefits Financial Stability: Competitive salary with annual increments Growth & Development: Professional development budget and training opportunities Flexibility: Remote work options and comprehensive leave policy Cultural Recognition: Honor for all country-specific holidays Technical Training: Regular sessions on emerging tools and frameworks Support: Health benefits and emergency assistance Community: Regular team building activities Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion At Prixite, we’re committed to fostering a work environment that allows all employees to be recruited and advance without facing unwarranted discrimination.
