Project overview
I need a personal assistant workflow in N8N that integrates with Telegram, designed to follow my instructions while also acting independently based on triggers. The assistant will handle tasks like managing Google Sheets and Drive (reading, updating, creating files/folders), managing calendars, and sending emails. It will notify me through Telegram about its actions and proactively take steps, such as responding to triggers, creating reports, or scheduling events. The assistant will also have its own email address for independent communication while sending emails from my accounts when needed. To speed up development, I am attaching the base system prompts I’ve been working on as a reference and starting point. The setup should be simple, modular, and leverage N8N’s integrations for a quick and efficient implementation.
