Job Title: Data Analyst / Specialist Job Description: We are looking for a Data Analyst / Specialist to join our team and help drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights that support business strategies and improve overall performance. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources. Develop reports and dashboards to present key insights. Identify trends and patterns to support business decision-making. Work with different teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical solutions. Utilize tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python to perform advanced data analysis. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements. Assist in automating processes and improving data quality. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (or currently studying in this field). Experience or knowledge in data analysis and statistical tools. Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL (knowledge of Python or R is a plus). Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights. Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making abilities. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
