About the Role We are looking for experienced Mainframe Developers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in mainframe technologies and a deep understanding of COBOL programming and database management. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications on the mainframe platform using COBOL. Work with relational databases (e.g., DB2) to manage data operations and ensure data integrity. Develop and execute JCL jobs and support batch processing activities. Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with mainframe systems. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning for mainframe applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and deployment. Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices. Qualifications/Requirements Strong hands-on experience with Mainframe technologies. Proficiency in COBOL programming. Experience working with mainframe databases (e.g., DB2, IMS DB). Familiarity with JCL, TSO/ISPF, and other mainframe utilities. Good understanding of batch and online processing. Nice to Have Experience with tools like File-AID, Abend-AID, or Endeavor. Exposure to Agile methodologies.
