Project overview
Summary We’re looking for a UI/UX Developer who’s fluent in both Figma and Tailwind CSS to help bridge our design and development teams. Our current Figma designs need to be refined and prepared for seamless implementation in Tailwind. Your job will be to build a scalable, well-documented design system that ensures consistent colors, typography, spacing, and components across our app. You’ll help translate design decisions into reusable Tailwind components and make sure our dev team can move quickly with confidence. Deliverables Audit and clean up existing Figma files for developer readiness. Align Figma styles (colors, spacing, typography, shadows) with Tailwind CSS tokens. Build or refine reusable Figma components following Tailwind standards. Document design tokens and rules for the dev team. Collaborate with our designer and developers to ensure pixel-perfect, responsive implementation. Ensure all UI work is consistent, scalable, and accessible.
