Project overview
I am looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to handle my daily workload of coordinating and taking an active part in engineering customer solutions together with my DevOps team. Upon convincing performance, a long-term relationship is envisaged including leading the technical team. Required technical skills Kubernetes EKS or GKE Cloud environment automation (AWS or GCP preferred) CI/CD Pipeline engineering (Gitlab preferred) Micro Service application infrastructure know-how Required management skills Experience managing well-run, agile teams and a DevOps mindset Effective management of customer interactions Take part in setting the strategic direction of our DevOps platform Strong technical knowledge required to earn ‘street cred’ with the DevOps team This assignment gives you the opportunity to get international team-leading experience and contribute your ideas in a leading-edge DevOps environment on a steady stream of new projects. Preferred time zones are US East Coast (EST) and Europe (CET), where you have to be located. No moonlighting. This opportunity is offered to freelancers only. No agencies of any kind.
