Lead Developer In Ionic Framework, Firebase, Nodejs

We are looking for a Team member who will work remotely in the position of "Lead Developer" with the following responsibilities: Review the code of other developers and help them if needed.<o:p></o:p> Supervise and lead/mentor a team of developers working on a variety of applications by enabling them to successfully meet their expectations.<o:p></o:p> Git management: merge the code from the other developers to the main code and ensure the quality of the code.<o:p></o:p> Suggest solutions to build the specs from the project manager.<o:p></o:p> Identifying and recommending new technology solutions to improve product performance and maintainability. <o:p></o:p> In collaboration with the project manager, assign tasks to the developers.<o:p></o:p> Provide diagnosis and remedies to complex problems involving systems, operations and software.<o:p></o:p> Interface with users, stakeholders and senior management.<o:p></o:p> Minimum Qualifications:<o:p></o:p><style>  </style> At least three years of experience with Ionic Framework, Firebase, NodeJS.<o:p></o:p> Three years of systems development experience.<o:p></o:p> Three years of coding experience.<o:p></o:p> Three years of software application experience.<o:p></o:p> Documents needed: C.V<o:p></o:p> Git repository of your previous projects.<o:p></o:p> Portfolio: Link to the apps that you developed. <o:p></o:p> Skype username for interview <o:p></o:p><style> <!-- /* Style Definitions */ p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {mso-style-unhide:no;
