About the Role At Innodatas XConnect platform, innovation meets opportunity. Key Responsibilities Create & refine linguistic content for AI training across multiple languages Provide support addressing project-related questions from experts via Discord Review language tasks and provide constructive feedback Influence how AI understands complex reasoning in linguistics and cultural communication Qualifications/Requirements Masters or PhD degree in Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, Translation Studies, Literature, Language Education, or related language fields. At least 5 years of professional experience in linguistics, translation, language teaching, or related language domains. Advanced level of English (C1) or above, with native or near-native proficiency preferred. Experience in Generative AI/Prompt engineering/Language model evaluation is highly valued. Strong understanding of cultural contexts and cross-cultural communication. Ready to learn new linguistic methodologies, able to switch between languages and topics quickly, and sometimes work with challenging, complex language guidelines. Our freelance role is fully remote, so you just need a laptop, internet connection, time available, and enthusiasm to take on linguistic challenges.
