About the Role Medsien is a venture-backed healthcare SaaS company experiencing rapid growth and looking to expand our team. We are seeking an organized, motivated, and passionate Junior Product Manager to join our team of talented and inspiring developers in a fast-paced environment. As a Junior Product Manager, youll work with senior leadership and our engineering and operations teams. Were looking for a candidate who is passionate about building and improving products with a high impact on patients, who will join a growing team in developing the products that enable providers to provide high-quality services to their patients. Key Responsibilities Support the product roadmap from concept to launch Play a collaborative role in an agile scrum team Assist with cross-team execution of new features and optimization of existing ones Co-partner with Design, UX Research, and Operations to enhance customer experience Help communicate product updates and strategy with internal stakeholders and executives Contribute to defining, tracking, and communicating clear success metrics Qualifications/Requirements 1+ years of experience in Product Management with a strong passion for improving user experience Experience in building and launching interactive products Familiarity with agile product development methodologies Creativity, drive, and ability to navigate ambiguity Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Strong problem-solving abilities A self-starter attitude and ability to work effectively across all levels A natural curiosity paired with analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making Ability to work cross-functionally and motivate teams toward a shared goal A Bachelors degree, preferably in a technical field Excellent English skills, both written and spoken Residence in central Istanbul Benefits Competitive USD salary and stock options Flexible vacation and PTO policies Fully remote work opportunities Training, mentorship, and coaching from leadership
