ZVC Vegetable Billing Software

I need a lightweight Windows desktop application that generates vegetable-sales bills that match my attached sample exactly, complete with our logo and header. The program must open in a CustomTkinter interface, auto-create a sequential bill number, let me pick the date, and capture the customer’s name and place.

Inside the same window I want an item table where I can freely add, edit, or delete rows for Particulars, Nos, Kgs, Rate and Amount; totals as well as previous and closing balances should calculate automatically.

Every bill you create must be written to an SQLite database so each customer’s ledger is preserved. The software has to manage more than one customer at a time, allowing me to switch or start new bills without closing the program. When I need to revisit a transaction, I should be able to search by bill number, by any date range, or by customer name, then reopen, edit, re-print as PDF, or remove the record altogether.

PDF output must be produced with ReportLab and look identical to the provided sample layout. A compiled .exe (Windows 10/11) plus full, well-commented Python source code are required so I can maintain the system myself.
