Zoning-Ready Driveway Drawings

I recently bought the lot next to my home and I want to use it for a simple “through and through” driveway. To get zoning approval I need a clean, professional drawing set that shows:

• A scaled site plan with the full driveway layout and precise dimensions
• Two clearly marked curb cuts—one on the front street and one on the rear street—drawn to the widths required by our ordinance
• All notes or call-outs that reference the relevant sections of the local zoning code

I can provide the requirements the city requests. There is no survey. I am not yet sure if the planning board will insist on landscape or drainage details, so I would value your advice on whether to add them before submission.

Please deliver a PDF set ready for the permit desk along with the original CAD (DWG, DXF, or similar) so I can revise it later if the reviewers ask for tweaks. Accuracy to local regulations is critical; beyond that, I am working with a tight budget and would like to keep the scope focused on what the permit examiner really needs to see.
