Full-Service Shopify WooCommerce Management

I run parallel Shopify and WooCommerce stores and want to hand over the day-to-day workload so I can focus on growth strategy. Your job is to keep both storefronts running smoothly and profitably.

Product listing & management
• Add every new SKU to both platforms, ensuring images, variants, tags and collections match each site’s formatting rules.
• Refresh existing listings when prices, descriptions or policies change.
• Monitor stock levels daily and sync any discrepancies between warehouse reports and the live catalog.

Customer support & order fulfillment
• Reply to email, chat or ticket enquiries with a friendly, brand-consistent tone, aiming for same-day resolution.
• Generate shipping labels, book carriers and mark orders fulfilled so customers receive automatic tracking updates.
• Coordinate returns or exchanges, issue refunds and update inventory counts accordingly.

Marketing & SEO
Alongside the operational work, I need ongoing on-page SEO housekeeping—optimising product titles, meta descriptions and alt tags—plus light promotional support like creating discount codes or scheduling collections to highlight seasonal items.

Tools at your disposal include the native Shopify admin, WooCommerce with standard extensions, Excel/Google Sheets for bulk edits and, when helpful, Canva or similar for quick image tweaks. Weekly summaries outlining tasks completed, sales impact and any blockers will act as our acceptance criteria.
