Zoho Sales & Accounting Setup

I need a complete sales management environment built inside the Zoho ecosystem so my team can handle every stage of the revenue cycle—right through to accounting—without jumping between apps.

Sales & CRM
Inside Zoho CRM I want the core customer-facing workflow ready to go:
• Contact management with custom fields that match our terminology.
• Interaction tracking so calls, emails, and meetings automatically attach to each record.
• A clear, visual sales pipeline that mirrors our real-world stages and moves deals forward with minimal clicks.

Accounting
Using Zoho Books (or whichever Zoho finance module you feel is best) I need:
• Seamless invoicing generated directly from closed deals, with branded templates and automated reminders.
• Financial reporting dashboards that let me filter by date, product line, and salesperson so I can see profitability at a glance.

Purchases & Client Handoff
Link the purchasing flow so costs are captured against each deal, ensuring gross margin is obvious. When you’re done, walk me through the setup, share any custom functions or blueprints you created, and leave a short SOP video so the team can maintain it confidently.

Acceptance criteria
• All requested CRM and accounting modules are live in my Zoho account.
• Sample data runs end-to-end: lead → deal → invoice → report.
• Documentation and handover video delivered.
