Title: Zoho Implementation Specialist for Travel Startup (CRM, Books, Desk, Sites, Exotel Integration)

Project description:

We're launching an outbound tour operator business (India → Thailand packages) and need an experienced Zoho consultant to build our full operational stack, end to end.

Scope:

Website on Zoho Sites (itinerary pages, Razorpay checkout, policy pages)
Zoho CRM: lead-to-booking pipeline (Lead → Quotation → Advance Paid → Balance Paid → Trip Completed → Closed-Won)
Zoho Bookings for batch/departure scheduling
Zoho Books: GST-compliant invoicing, TCS line item, vendor bills
Zoho Desk: 3-tier support escalation matrix with SLAs
Exotel + Zoho PhoneBridge integration (call logging, missed-call-to-lead, click-to-call) — this is the most technical piece;
Zoho Flow automations: Razorpay → Books → CRM sync, WhatsApp trigger sequences
WhatsApp Business click-to-chat (no live-chat widget needed)

Must-haves:

Comfortable owning the full build solo, not just one module
Available to work close to full-time on this for the engagement duration
Timeline: Targeting go-live by early September end 2026. Please quote a realistic timeline, not an optimistic one.
