85-Sec AI Music Video Clip

I need an experienced AI video creator/editor to produce one polished vertical 9:16 music video, approximately 85 seconds long, using my finished rap audio.

The concept and creative direction are already prepared. I will provide:
- final full audio;
- complete lyrics;
- detailed scene-by-scene script;
- reference photos.

The video should feel like one continuous music video clip in Bangkok, with:
- strong and consistent character likeness;
- accurate lip-sync;
- clean cinematic editing;
- English lyric subtitles;
- subtle scene-specific sound effects such as Bangkok traffic, BTS, tuk-tuk and longtail boat ambience;
- consistent props, styling and locations across scenes.

The freelancer may generate the video in shorter segments if needed, but the final deliverable must be one seamless high-quality MP4.

Requirements:
- You must have access to and be experienced with paid/professional AI video generation tools capable of producing high-quality, consistent results.
- Experience with tools such as Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway or similar paid AI video platforms, together with conventional video editing software, is strongly preferred.
- The supplied audio must remain unchanged and should be used as the master timing reference.
