Zoho One Expert Needed – Setup, Workflow Optimisation & Team Training

We are looking for an experienced Zoho One specialist to help our team properly understand, configure and use Zoho for our business.

We already have Zoho One and have started setting up the system. We now want an expert who can work with us practically — not simply explain Zoho features, but show our team how we should actually use Zoho day-to-day.

What We Need Help With

We would like support with:

Zoho CRM setup and best practices

Leads, contacts, companies and sales pipeline management

Setting up pipelines for potential customers/exhibitors

Tasks, reminders and follow-up systems

Email integration and email tracking

Zoho Campaigns / marketing automation

Lead capture from our website and advertising campaigns

Forms and enquiry management

Zoho Sign for contracts and electronic signatures

Quotes, invoices and payment workflows

Zoho Books / finance integration

Reports and dashboards

PageSense and website tracking

Workflow automation

User roles, permissions and team access

Connecting the different Zoho One applications so information does not need to be entered several times

Identifying other useful Zoho One features/apps that could improve our operation

Training

A major part of this project is team training.

We want someone who can conduct live online training sessions with our team using our actual Zoho account and real workflows.

The training should be practical and easy to understand.

For example:

A new lead comes in → where does it appear → who gets assigned → how do we contact them → how do we record the call → how do we set a follow-up → how do we send a proposal → how do we send a contract → how do we obtain a signature → how does it progress to invoicing/payment.

We would also like our marketing team trained on how to use Zoho for:

Lead generation

Email marketing

Campaign tracking

Website analytics

Forms

Segmentation

Automation

Reporting and attribution

We organise events, exhibitions and conferences, so Zoho will primarily be used to manage:

We want Zoho One to eventually become the central system used by our sales, marketing and finance teams.

Who We Are Looking For

Please apply only if you have strong hands-on experience with Zoho One, rather than just Zoho CRM.

Ideally you will have experience with several of the following:

Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Marketing Automation, Forms, PageSense, Sign, Books, Flow, Analytics and SalesIQ.

You should also be comfortable explaining things clearly to people who are not Zoho experts.
