Creative Designer & Video Editor – Monthly Contract

Contract Type: Monthly, renewable based on performance
Monthly Payment: ₹20,000

We are hiring a Creative Designer & Video Editor on a monthly contract basis.

At the beginning of each month, the organization will assign the planned creative work for the month along with individual timelines and delivery deadlines.

The contract will initially be issued for one month. Based on satisfactory completion of the assigned work, quality of output, adherence to timelines, responsiveness to revisions, and overall performance, the contract may be extended for subsequent months.

Required Capabilities

The person should be capable of independently handling:

- Professional video editing
- Motion graphics and animation
- Videos using stock footage and creative assets
- Corporate and promotional videos
- Reels and short-form videos
- Event and campaign videos
- Banner, poster and social-media creative designs
- Brochure and marketing-material design
- Website creatives
- AI-assisted video and image generation
- Effective use of AI tools for creative production and productivity

Monthly Work Process

At the beginning of every month, we will provide a monthly work plan specifying the required videos, designs and other creative deliverables together with their expected completion dates.

The person will be responsible for planning and executing the assigned work, submitting deliverables within the agreed timelines, incorporating reasonable revisions, and maintaining consistent brand and creative quality.

Contract Continuation

Performance will be reviewed based on quality, creativity, technical capability, timely delivery, consistency, communication, ability to understand requirements, AI-tool proficiency and management of revisions.

If the monthly performance meets the organization's requirements, the contract will be renewed/extended for the following month.
