We are hiring an experienced, individual Zoho One specialist (independent freelancers only, no agency sales reps) to implement our complete Business Operating System based on a frozen, 20-page Software Requirements Specification (SRS v1.3) with 131 predefined UAT test cases. All workflows, business logic, field definitions, and data models are fully mapped—your deliverable is pure technical configuration, scripting, integration, and verification.
Key Deliverables
CRM Data Model & Blueprints: Build standard/custom modules (Strategy Subscriptions, Onboarding, Draw Cycles, Commissions) and configure a strict Deal Blueprint enforcing mandatory validation from lead capture through verified activation.
Idempotent Webhooks (Zoho Flow): Set up webhook listeners for payment gateway transactions and TradingView technical heartbeats, ensuring deduplication logic prevents duplicate records or repeat commission payouts.
Custom Deluge Functions: Implement modular Deluge scripts for financial splits (Gross, 18% GST, Gateway Fee), a 30-day referral validation hold, prospective Channel Partner tiers (17%, 19%, 20%), and a monthly base/bonus weighted lucky draw aggregation engine.
Zoho Sign & Desk Setup: Build automated legal agreement dispatch upon deal payment via Zoho Sign, and configure Zoho Desk ticket routing with SLA escalation triggers.
UAT Sign-off: Systematically execute and pass all 131 documented UAT test scenarios in a sandbox environment before final production deployment.
Required Qualifications & Screening Gate
