Zoho Inventory Setup & Reports

I have just moved my catalogue of physical products into Zoho and now need an experienced hand to turn Zoho Inventory into a working, well-organised system that talks seamlessly to Zoho Books.

Here is what I need done and what I will use to sign-off the work:

• Initial configuration of Zoho Inventory: item groups, SKUs, bar-codes and tax settings must match the data currently in my spreadsheets.
• Automated stock control: purchase receipts, sales orders and returns should update quantities in real time so that the stock ledger in Zoho Books is always in sync.
• Custom reports: create at least three reports—re-order level alert, monthly sales by SKU, and ageing stock analysis—delivered as both on-screen views and exportable CSVs.
• Zoho Books integration: end-to-end flow from invoice generation to inventory adjustment and accounting journal, with no manual duplication.

Once everything is configured I will test by running a sample sales cycle and purchase order; balances must reconcile in Zoho Books and on-hand counts must update immediately in Inventory. If you are confident with Zoho’s native tools, custom fields and workflows, I would like to start right away.
