Zoho CRM Training & Setup

I need a comprehensive walkthrough of Zoho CRM that starts with the essentials and quickly moves into the deeper automation capabilities and integrations. My goal is to feel comfortable navigating the system, building custom workflows, and connecting Zoho CRM with the other apps my business relies on.

Alongside the training, I also want help getting the platform ready for day-to-day use. That means an initial configuration that matches my business processes, plus thoughtful customization of modules, fields, and layouts so the interface feels intuitive for my team from day one. (I’m not migrating historical data right now, so the focus can stay on a clean, future-proof setup.)

Training format: live online sessions. I’m happy to schedule several interactive calls—screen-share, Q&A, follow-up homework—so I can practise between meetings and come back with real questions.

Deliverables:
