Build Automated AI History Shorts Content System (n8n + AI Video + Voice + CapCut/FFmpeg)

I am launching a faceless social media brand producing cinematic first-person POV videos based on historical events.

I need an automation specialist to build a workflow that:

1. Takes history topics from a database/Google Sheet.
2. Generates researched scripts.
3. Produces 6–10 consistent scene prompts.
4. Generates AI visual/video assets.
5. Generates AI narration.
6. Adds music/SFX where practical.
7. Creates 9:16 videos.
8. Adds animated subtitles and opening POV text.
9. Generates titles, descriptions and hashtags.
10. Saves the completed video for approval.
11. Allows approved content to be published across multiple social platforms.

Important: There must be a human approval/fact-check stage before publishing.

The system should use inexpensive tools wherever possible and minimise AI-generation costs.

Please quote a fixed price for building and documenting the complete workflow. I want to own the workflow and accounts rather than pay an ongoing agency fee
