We are a small B2B consulting firm (Zoho One Enterprise license) redesigning our CRM sales pipeline from scratch. We have a detailed configuration specification document ready to hand over on hiring. This role covers Zoho CRM configuration only — no external system integration, no coding.
We need an experienced Zoho CRM specialist to complete a focused Phase 1 setup. Everything is within Zoho's native UI and admin settings.
SCOPE OF WORK — 7 TASKS
1 Configure a new custom pipeline (Sales View) in the Deals module with our defined stage names and probability values
2 Add approximately 28 custom fields to the Deals module (text, picklist, multi-select picklist, and date types)
3 Set up all picklist and dropdown values for each custom field per our specification
4 Map custom fields to the correct pipeline stage where each becomes relevant
5 Build a Zoho Blueprint on the pipeline to enforce stage progression rules and required fields at each transition
6 Arrange all fields in the Deals page layout, grouped into logical sections per our specification
7 Conduct a walkthrough call to confirm all fields, picklists, stage logic and Blueprint transitions are working correctly
A full configuration specification document (stage definitions, field names, data types, picklist values, Blueprint stage requirements, and acceptance criteria) will be provided immediately upon hiring.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Blueprint experience is essential — not optional. Please do not apply if you have not configured Blueprints in a production Zoho CRM environment.
● Proven experience with Zoho CRM custom fields and Deals module configuration
● Hands-on Blueprint setup experience — stage gating, transition requirements, required fields, multi-source transitions
● Familiarity with Zoho One / Zoho CRM Enterprise
● Able to work from a written specification document without hand-holding
● Available to complete this within 2–3 concentrated working days of hire
WHAT THIS ROLE DOES NOT INCLUDE
● Microsoft 365 or email integration
● Any third-party automation tools
● Data migration or import
● Reporting setup
