Enterprise SaaS Analytics Platform

I’m commissioning an enterprise-grade SaaS application whose primary purpose is data analytics. The platform must ingest large volumes of data, process it quickly, and surface insights through:

• Real-time reporting that refreshes instantly as new data lands
• Predictive analytics models that help users anticipate trends and outliers
• Fully customisable dashboards that each client can tailor and save

I expect the finished product to be secure, multi-tenant, and cloud-native, ready to scale on AWS or a comparable stack. An intuitive web UI (React or similar), a robust API layer, and a well-designed data pipeline are all essential.
