We need an experienced Zoho specialist to audit, configure and fully automate Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Forms, Zoho Books/Invoice and WhatsApp Business for Iron Force Labor, a construction staffing company in Edmonton, Canada.
The system must manage workers, candidates, construction companies, staffing requests, worker assignments, timesheets, follow-ups, invoices, reports and automated WhatsApp communication. We also want to use AI wherever it provides reliable and practical automation.
Training is a major part of this project. The freelancer must provide live screen-sharing sessions, recorded training videos and simple step-by-step documentation. Spanish is preferred but not required; clear English is acceptable. Please describe your experience with Zoho CRM, Recruit, Forms, Flow, Books, WhatsApp Business API and AI/chatbot integrations.
