AI Content Creator: Realistic AI Video Ads & Social Media for a Dating App

We’re a startup launching a new dating app in the United States. We’re looking for a creative freelancer who’s an expert at making realistic, scroll-stopping videos and ads with AI tools, and who knows what works on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

What you’ll do:

Create short-form video ads (UGC-style, skits, testimonials, “day in the life”, relatable dating moments) using AI video tools.
Make realistic AI videos: consistent characters, natural movement, realistic lighting and environments, with no “AI look”.
Write scripts and hooks for 10–30 second videos that grab attention in the first 2 seconds.
Produce variations for ad testing: different hooks, captions, voices and formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
Create AI voiceovers and music that sound natural, with clean editing, captions and sound design.
Manage and grow our social accounts: posting plan, trends, captions and hashtags, replying to comments.
Track what performs (views, watch time, clicks, cost per install) and make more of what works.

Requirements:

Strong portfolio of AI-generated videos or ads that look realistic. Please share links (this matters most).
Hands-on with current AI tools, for example:
Video: Kling, Veo, Runway, Sora, Hailuo, Wan or similar
Images: Midjourney, Nano Banana / Gemini, Flux or similar
Voice: ElevenLabs or similar
Lip-sync / avatars: HeyGen, Hedra or similar
Prompt engineering skills: you can keep the same character consistent across many videos.
Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci or similar).
Good understanding of TikTok and Reels trends and short-form storytelling.
Experience making ads for apps or consumer brands. Dating or social apps are a big plus.
Fluent English, with good taste and a sense of humour.
