We're looking for a Zoho Consultant who enjoys understanding business processes and transforming them into practical Zoho solutions.

Location: Germany or Türkiye · Remote

Responsibilities:

Analyze customer requirements and business processes

Design and implement Zoho-based solutions

Configure Zoho One applications

Lead customer workshops and onboarding sessions

Optimize CRM, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations workflows

Identify automation opportunities

Work closely with our development team

Support customers throughout implementation projects

Requirements

Experience with Zoho One or individual Zoho applications

Strong communication and consulting skills

Structured and solution-oriented mindset

Fluent German (C1+) and good English

Experience with CRM or ERP projects is a plus

Nice to have:

Deluge basics

API knowledge

Business process optimization experience

Project management experience

Zoho certifications
